Looks like I'm almost out of the 220s! It's weird, I have not worked out at all this week, and my eating has been okay but not great, but I keep losing weight. I guess my body just needed a rest. I do miss the soreness of a good workout, though.
My cold has moved into my lungs, so I'm coughing up some horrible stuff. I hope to still work out tomorrow, but I'll have to use my judgment. Hopefully I can stay on track for my Jan 1st goal and not gain any weight :-)
