Like being healthy, after a while it will become habit. Now even if I try to sleep in I am lucky to make it past 7am. I guess having a kid helps with getting up early too. :). Then again monday-thurs my alarm goes of at 4:45am.... now that hurts but it pays the bills so gotta do it.Ripx180https://www.blogger.com/profile/06760251974004058831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6871893863478662903.post-54534358957488848012007-12-16T09:52:00.000-08:002007-12-16T09:52:00.000-08:00i have the same problem! i know i wont be missing ...i have the same problem! i know i wont be missing my workouts or making excuses if i get them out of the way in the morning but Im just not a morning person. If you're up past 11, chances are, you're not getting up at six.

If you're going to make a true lifestyle change (like getting up earlier), it's just like the rules we put into eating - plan ahead.

And it gets easier once you've been doing it for a while =)Rob Tuckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07460973214942219031noreply@blogger.com
